How does it work?
- The OA-Scan begins with an online introduction. During a one-hour conversation, I will ask you about your organisation and your goals, and you can also indicate any known issues. Based on this initial conversation, I will form a picture of your current situation and the areas to be further investigated. Usually, I can also derive sufficient points of reference from this for the direction in which we can improve.
- After the introduction, I will work out the next steps for you. Within 24 hours, you will receive 4 topics from me that we will explore in 4 online deep dives of one and a half hours with you and/or your employees. You decide who you would like to have present. During the deep dives, we will delve deeper into the 4 subprocesses of your administrative organisation where the most profit can be gained. I will ask you questions to form an even clearer picture of these processes and the reasons behind them.
- Based on the online meetings, you will receive a detailed report from me within 48 hours, including a description of your current process, your pain points, and of course, recommendations for improvement.
- In a concluding one-hour conversation, we will discuss the report, the findings, and the next steps, so that you can translate the insights and advice received into concrete results.
