I am Michel

With more than 13 years of experience in ERP landscapes and optimization of administrative and IT processes, I help small and medium-sized organizations achieve their goals faster and smarter and staying ahead by optimizing their processes and smartly deploying the right software.

How it started

Since the late 90s, I have been involved in automating business processes through relational database applications, initially for smaller organizations. I quickly noticed the advantages of this form of automation compared to the much-used traditional software such as spreadsheets. This led me to develop a passion for identifying process needs and translating them into functionalities that offer maximum support to those needs, thereby helping organizations achieve their goals smarter and faster

My mission

It became my mission to help businesses achieve their goals as efficiently as possible, so they can free up as much time as possible for their core business. I do this by assisting them in optimising their administrative and IT processes and supporting them with the smart use of the right software.

No, and why?

I find it important that I provide your organisation with what you really need. To discover that, collaboration with me always starts with questions, lots of questions. Only in this way do I uncover the true needs. My experience has also taught me that what an organisation needs is not always the same as what they ask for. Therefore, alongside "Why?", "No" is also one of my frequently used tools. Because a yes-sayer is of no use to you.

However, I realized that my heart lies with smaller organizations, where I can deliver direct results in a short time. Quick decisions, less bureaucracy, concrete goals, and clear results. Together, we work towards your goals. Companies where I can be a bit of a co-entrepreneur.

Therefore, my services are currently focused on small and medium-sized enterprises. I assist organisations with the ambition to grow, differentiate themselves, and achieve their goals as efficiently as possible by providing sharp advice and smart use of the right software.
